The Sculpture Center In slowness there is fullness

One hour meditation and sound bath in the gallery. The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will calm the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. This unique session combines guided meditation and a healing sound bath among the artwork of Sara Dittrich’s In slowness there is fullness. This session is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators.

Sara Dittrich’s solo exhibition, In slowness there is fullness, investigates the radical act of slowness and how it can be used to connect to nature and calm your body. Her show features artworks that employ time-based principals to shift our attention to physiological processes we may otherwise be unable to perceive on our own.

Selfspace creates, produces, hosts, and facilitates.

In addition to our urban meditation studio, we also create temporary and permanent meditation spaces. In the summer of 2018 Selfspace was commissioned to do a large sculptural and performative installation for two art festivals in which there was a temporary meditation village with meditation pods, guided meditation, lighting effects and sculptural sanctuaries. It was attended by hundreds of people who many of which got to participate in a guided meditation session within the environment

We also offer a transportable meditation room complete with cushions and meditation guides that can pop-up in various locations.  We are also experts in the design of space and light.

We also collaborate with artists and cultural institutions.
