Somatic Breathwork
breathwork for emotional release and conscious connection
What does this involve?
Continuous Breathing: The inhale flows directly into the exhale without any pause. This creates a "connected" breath pattern that can help shift the nervous system.
Mindfulness: Participants are encouraged to stay present and aware of their breath, thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations during the session.
Rhythmic and Deep Breathing followed by a gentle sound bath: The breathing is generally deep and rhythmic, which can stimulate the autonomic nervous system and influence emotional and mental states. We will culminate in a meditative soundbath and an integrative conversation with the guide.
Emotional Release: CCB is often used in therapeutic settings to access suppressed emotions and facilitate emotional release. People might experience sensations of euphoria, grief, clarity, or profound relaxation.
Physical and Spiritual Benefits: Many believe that this form of breathwork helps clear blockages in the body’s energy pathways, leading to feelings of enhanced mental clarity, emotional healing, and a sense of spiritual awakening.
